  1. Shipping Fees

    • All item prices listed on our Site do not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will be calculated and added to your total purchase amount at checkout.
  2. Free Shipping

    • West Malaysia: Enjoy free shipping for orders over RM200.
    • East Malaysia: Enjoy free shipping for orders over RM300.
  3. Standard Shipping Rates

    • West Malaysia: The shipping fee for the first kilogram (1 kg) is RM7. Additional charges may apply for weights exceeding 1 kg.
    • East Malaysia: The shipping fee for the first kilogram (1 kg) is RM14. Additional charges may apply for weights exceeding 1 kg.
  4. Processing Time

    • We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Delivery Time

    • West Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
    • East Malaysia: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions.
  6. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the shipping carrier's website.
  7. Shipping Address

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  8. International Shipping

    • Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
